About Europa Ya!
Europa Ya! was founded in 2025 by a small group of immigration lawyers and civic advocates who shared a common frustration: the legal pathways to European residency are slow, expensive, and disproportionately inaccessible to people from developing countries — the very people who often have the most to contribute.
The idea started simply. After years of watching talented, motivated individuals get stuck in bureaucratic queues that stretch five to ten years, our founding team asked a practical question: what if we built infrastructure that could process applications faster, at a fraction of the cost, while still operating within existing legal frameworks?
The result is a programme designed to be financially self-sustaining with minimal reliance on institutional funding. By keeping overhead low and leveraging technology for application processing and verification, we can allocate the majority of resources directly to candidate placement — legal counsel, documentation, and relocation support.
We are still early. The programme launched in 2025 and the first candidates are now settling into their new lives in Europe. Our ambition is to scale this model significantly — to send thousands of driven, entrepreneurial people to Europe every year, creating value for both the individuals who relocate and the communities that receive them.

Stefan Weber brings over 20 years of experience in corporate administration, international logistics, and operational management across Southern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. Before joining Europa Ya! as Chairman of the Executive Board, he served primarily as an independent management consultant and advisor to private Cypriot and Greek companies, with a focus on administrative streamlining and compliance processes.
With his broad background in operational leadership and corporate administration, Stefan ensures that the programme's internal administrative infrastructure, candidate screening, and day-to-day compliance procedures run efficiently and in accordance with the company's articles of association.
